1. Acceptance of Terms

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

7. Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by the Player

Account closure does not affect any obligation you owe to 3k778 that arose prior to the closure date.

3k778 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3k778 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 3k778 platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Technical failures, server downtime, or interruptions to platform availability.

If you remain dissatisfied following 3k778's response, you may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution mechanisms available in your jurisdiction.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the 3k778 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 3k778 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
